What you’ll do
- Own backend systems from architecture through production
- Build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
- Improve reliability, observability, security, and performance
- Partner closely with product and AI engineers
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years building production backend systems
- Strong experience with distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Comfort owning ambiguous problems in a fast-moving startup
- Clear communication and a pragmatic, quality-focused approach
